1.What is your Return/Exchange Policy?
Because each piece is custom and made to order, we unfortunately do not accept returns or exchanges for buyers remorse.
However, we do appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase- if you receive the wrong item or defective or damaged merchandise, we will be happy to replace the item(s) for you. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at email@example.com (Please request 20% off of your next order for the inconvenience).
Defective item guidelines: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please let us know immediately (no longer than 7 days as stated above). Please submit a picture of the defects or incorrect item as well as your order number. We cannot accept defective items that have been worn, altered, or washed.
Pro Tip: Please do not attempt to return your order for wrong sizing or if you have changed your mind as we do not offer refunds or returns for buyer’s remorse or wrong sizes. Please contact us prior to purchase if you have questions or concerns.
2. Do you allow cancellations?
Yes! We do allow cancellations, but as each item is custom made to order, this must be done within 24 hrs of the order being placed. After 24 hours, your order cannot be cancelled or changed.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently only ship to the U.S. (including AK and HI), the U.S. territories, and FPO/APO.
Designs and imagery on Mixed Laundry Apparel website and social media platforms are our property and may not be used without our written consent. All rights are reserved. Basically, don't be on here stealing our good laundry! That's so not cool.
